External GC performs day-to-day legal work for life science companies and can help clients manage the legal services provided by traditional outside law firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Our clients in the life sciences industry appreciate receiving senior business lawyer advice from an attorney who combines substantial in-house experience gained as the General Counsel of public life sciences companies and transactional experience as a corporate lawyer at large AM Law 100 law firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Our clients also appreciate paying a fraction of the cost of either hiring a full-time general counsel or relying exclusively on traditional outside law firms.
